What To Expect?

Find your day filled with holistic healing and balance with our thoughtfully curated itinerary, designed to invite relaxation, release, and rejuvenation. Begin your morning with yoga, meditation, and breathwork, setting a peaceful tone for the day. Following this, indulge in a delicious meal to delight the senses. 

The afternoon is yours to explore and unwind, whether you choose to relax in the jacuzzi, wander through nature on scenic walks, journal and reflect, or get cozy by the fire. Later in the day, join us for an inspiring workshop led by one of our experienced coaches, followed by a communal tea time where we can share and connect. As evening falls, enjoy a nourishing dinner and end the day with a soothing combination of guided meditation, yoga, and sound healing.

 

On Saturday, each participant will have the option to participate in a guided plant ceremony. With 12+ years in NYC working with top visionaries, our facilitator is a certified reiki practitioner, sound healer, ceremonialist, and priestess. This will be a blend of sacred wisdom with radical self-expression, empowering you to embrace your truth. If interested, please inquire. 

While we’ve created this schedule to foster deep healing, it’s important to honor your own rhythm. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you wish, listening to what your body and soul need. This is your personal healing journey, and we encourage you to follow your intuition. However, we hope you’ll join us in this intentionally crafted experience designed to open your mind, body, and spirit.

Daily Yoga

At our retreat, we offer a variety of yoga practices designed to nourish both the body and mind. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation or a dynamic flow, our sessions cater to every need. You can expect to see a variety of classes offered.

 

Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Yin Yoga delves into connective tissues, promoting joint health and circulation through long-held, passive poses. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, guides you into profound relaxation, offering the benefits of deep rest and clarity.

Each practice offers unique benefits, from reducing stress to improving physical health and emotional balance. Yoga fosters harmony between body and mind, cultivating peace, vitality, and well-being.

Breathwork, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, & Sound Healing

Sound healing, meditation, hypnotherapy, and breathwork are powerful practices that will each be incorporated into the retreat each day to encourage a deep and transformative approach to healing by working with the energetic and subconscious realms as we peel back the layers. 

 

Sound healing utilizes specific frequencies and vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks to clear energetic blockages, harmonize the body’s natural frequencies, and foster a nurturing sense of inner peace.

 

Meditation helps quiet the mind, cultivating mindfulness and a deeper connection to the present moment, while breathwork, through intentional breath control, oxygenates the body, calms the nervous system, and supports emotional regulation.

Though each of these practices stands alone, they can also be intertwined, creating a holistic approach to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Together, they provide an immersive experience designed to restore balance and inspire transformation.

Each meal is a celebration of natural ingredients, featuring hearty options like grilled cauliflower steaks paired with roasted vegetables, sautéed mushrooms, and chicken. Indulge in delectable baked goods that will tantalize your taste buds, and explore a variety of fresh cuisines, from the rich flavors of Shakshuka to country-side cooking. 

Every dish is prepared fresh daily—free from preservatives and processed foods. We believe in serving food that not only fuels your body but also nurtures your soul.

Throughout the day, you'll have access to a selection of healthy snacks, available whenever you need a quick bite, along with a variety of teas and freshly pressed juices.

A picturesque barn provides an ideal space for yoga and sound healing sessions, fostering connection and inner peace. For deeper relaxation, indulge in the rejuvenating benefits of a sauna and ice bath, or unwind under the stars in a luxurious outdoor hot tub. Inside, the home boasts eight cozy bedrooms, many with private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. With two working fireplaces to gather around and a large dining area to enjoy our meals, this house combines rustic charm with modern amenities.
